Power Steering Pump /HPS Pump saay

As the power source of automobile   steering, steering booster pump is the "heart" part of the steering   system. It is a group of gear mechanism that completes the transformation   from rotary motion to linear motion (or approximately linear motion), and it   is also the deceleration transmission device in the steering system. Steering   pump mainly has blade, gear type, plunger blade, gear type, type and so on.   From the current domestic development point of view, the most widely used is   vane pump. The main parts are stator, rotor, stator, rotor, oil distribution   disc, blade, oil distribution disc, blade, pump body and back cover, etc. The   pump body is equipped with flow control valve and relief valve. When the pump   is working, the spool valve has a certain opening, so that the flow reaches   the specified requirements, and the excess flow returns to the pump's smoking   chamber. If the oil line is blocked or an accident occurs, so that the system   pressure exceeds the maximum working pressure of the pump, the safety valve   is opened, the spool valve is fully opened, and all the pressure oil is   returned to the oil suction chamber, which plays a safety protection role for   the system.
